So, just to give you a little more insight about how this website came about. 

First of all, my name is Sander Lugtigheid and live in the South of Holland, the beautiful city of Breda to be more specific. 

I have been playing guitar since I was 16, before that I was playing piano which was very much encouraged by my parents. My father was into music, loved music and played piano, so he was exited that I picked up on making music and playing piano. 

After the switch to guitar I started playing the acoustic guitar, but after hearing the notes of the Joe Satriani album (title song: Flying in a Blue Dream) I soon bought an electric guitar and amplifier and some effect pedals. Still my first lessons were classical, as my parents were convinced that a good basis is essential which for me paid off in a good way.

The love for music, creativity to play a musical instrument I got from my father Antonius Lugtigheid (Toon). Unfortunately my father passed away March 20th 1997 at the age of 54.

Over the last years I have become more and more productive with writing, recording and mixing my own songs. I have invested in gear to make my recordings more professional sounding, which still is a learning process but so much fun and very rewarding!

I thought it was the right time to make things more professional and with that create this label and website to publish for my music.

With the inheritance of love for music, creativity of playing an instrument and making music from my dad his name should be involved of course! Besides this hommage to my dad, music would be “our thing”.

Today being March 20th it only feels fitting to start this site, a beginning of something new!
